Business Services  
Building Opportunities: The Building Opportunities Program is designed to help youth who are between the ages of 16-24 and are at risk of not completing their high school education.
 
   
Connections to Independence: This program combines resources to help individuals who are ready to start on a new career path and gain independence.
     
Programs   Expanding Opportunities: This program assists qualified individuals ages 16-21 in enhancing employability and job skills.
   
  Workforce Investment Act (WIA): The WIA Program provides employment and training services to adults, dislocated workers and youth.
     
AmeriCorps   Wisconsin Senior Employment (WISE): The Wisconsin Senior Employment (WISE) Program offers mature workers (55 and older) an individual consultation and assistance with on-the-job training, skill development, job search and much more!
   
Wisconsin Works (W-2): The Wisconsin Works program is an employment-based assistance program for income-qualified families with dependent children.
